Pacific Views Resort - Gold Coast

We visited for a family holiday and ended up staying for just one night, thanks to the stunning views and comfortable apartment. The sauna, spa, and gym facilities were a fantastic bonus. The location is very nice, right across from the beach, providing easy access to both the ocean and local dining spots like Thyme Cafe. Free parking was a nice perk, and the management staff was attentive and accommodating from the moment we arrived.

I strongly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a great location near Tedder Avenue. The beach nearby was lovely and the view was lovely.

Incredible location in a calm suburb away from the business of Surfers, amiable staff, everything was well-maintained. We stayed in an apartment with large verandah. The breakfast was great and there was a huge variety of excellent food:)))

We recently stayed for a week at this wonderful hotel while exploring the beautiful coastline. The location was perfect, offering stunning ocean views from our high-floor one-bedroom apartment. The comfortable bed ensured we had restful nights, and the well-equipped kitchen with great appliances made our stay hassle-free. We loved the proximity to Main Beach as well as great dining options. The friendly staff and a fantastic indoor pool added to our good experience.

I can just recommend this hotel.

My fiance and I plus 3 mates stayed at the pacific view and we where on the 22nd floor had a great 4person apartment, great rooms, spaceous, lovely view of the beach which we all loved and enjoyed. Beds where comfory. .

Stuff could do with more manners and politness, my partner and I went in check it later but the bookin told us after 2 til midnight and the stuff where not very polite when we rocked up for check in. I would stay there again. But stuff need to have more respect for the people coming and stayin at their hotel, if they want more business and want people to come back stay more then they need to have more manners and politeness

It was in the central location to Pedder avenue.

The view was spectaculr, better than i had hoped! 10/10 For the ocean views. Loved having the indoor and outdoor pool, kids had a blast. Location was perfect, super close to the beach and shops. The room was spacious and comfy, really enjoyed the balcony!

Washer and dryer combo was hard to use with no instructions. No cleaning service happened when we expected it.

Closeness to the beach and pool was great als rooms very well set out.

Staff and I think management need to brush up on their manners etc its very rude to roll your eyes etc when your in view of customers and on the phone.

we recently stayed at pacific views and were thrilled with our experience. the location is perfect, just steps from the beautiful beach. our one-bedroom apartment on the 19th floor offered stunning views in all directions and had a spacious balcony that we enjoyed. the unit was clean, modern, and well-equipped, making it easy to relax. amenities like the outdoor pool and gym were also great additions. check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Pool, Spa, walking distance to the beach, close to shops, not to busy

I thought detergent for dishwasher,sink and laundry would have been supplied, as well as shampoo and conditioner.

The location is great, Apartments are laid out for privacy and space. Off street parking and view from apartments. Good information in foyer for travellers with pocketsize info. on attractions and businesses.

The service left us concerned. We were travelling from overseas and constantly experienced abruptness and a feeling that we were an inconvenience to the person in the office. This would deter us from staying again and we would probably try an other accommodation upon out next visit.

The location is perfect, close to restaurants and Main Beach. Although we faced issues with a hard bed and some cleanliness concerns, the friendly staff and family-friendly amenities made our trip nice, and we’d consider returning.

The apartment had a great view of the ocean and was close to local shops and beaches. My children enjoyed using the indoor pool and the games room.
